What We Believe
Peace Lutheran Church is a community of faith that exists to live out and share our mission statement “We are here to share God’s love.” We understand God’s love that comes to us from Jesus. We do our best to follow the example of Jesus and to share the grace and love that Jesus has for us and for the whole world.

Along with his family, Pastor Stuart has been blessed to be a part of Peace and what God is doing through this community of faith for over 12 years. Starting out as Associate Pastor and now in the role of Senior Pastor, Pastor Stuart is amazed at how God has continued to shape him through leading Peace.
Laura Ruotsala

Laura has been a member for over 20 years and involved with youth education for the last 18 years by teaching and leading Sunday School, leading crafts for VBS and was a confirmation guide for her two sons. She feels it is important to invest in the faith education of the youth at Peace Lutheran Church--they are the future! She has been married for over 29 years and her sons are 22 and 19.

Lincoln has always had a drive to not only repair and make things better but also make them last as long as possible. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoors but when the weather is bad, you’ll find him puttering on one project or another in his shop.
Deb Bohm

Debbie Bohm has been a member of Peace for 40 years along with her husband. They adopted two boys and have 2 grandchildren. Deb has been the treasurer for the church for 21 years and involved in several committees and council over the years.
Renee Every

Renee and her husband have been Peace members since 2021. Renee is a retired District Administrator from the Green Bay Area Public Schools. One of her favorite activities includes sitting with a cup of coffee to do devotions and write prayers and Bible verses in her prayer journal.

Lisa has been a member since 1987. Throughout the years many lifelong friendships have been made for Peace is like a family. Lisa enjoys singing in the choir.
Brittney Genal

Brittney has attended Peace for over 30 years and has been a member for more than 20. She has been a church musician at various sanctuaries in the Marquette and Green Bay areas for almost 20 years. Brittney is continuing to enjoy sharing God’s love through music. She loves the fact that Peace feels like a family to her.

Mary has been attending Peace church for over 30 years. During this time God has allowed her to share her passion for music with the Peace Family as the Peaceful Harmony and Handbell Choir Director. Mary feels truly blessed with the hard work and dedication of each member of both choirs. They are pure joy!
